About the Role

We are looking for a proactive

HR Manager

with proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing staff within the

Indian Manufacturing ecosystem

. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-performance teams and driving positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks Oversee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations Design and implement HR policies and employee engagement programs Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR compliance Work with leadership on workforce planning and organizational structuring

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM / Business Familiarity with ATS systems, HR analytics, and labor laws in India Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage confidential information with integrity

Preferred Skills

Experience with scaling teams rapidly Knowledge of performance management systems Tech-savvy - experience with remote tools like Slack, Notion, etc.
