HR Coordinator : Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is
ideal for individuals passionate about people, processes, and promoting a purpose
driven culture. As an HR Coordinator at Nativer, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing
a positive workplace environment and supporting the HR department's daily
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate
screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including induction
programs, document collection, and system access setup.
2. HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases accurately.
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave tracking.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal HR policies.
3. Training, Development & Team Coordination
Coordinate and organise employee training sessions, up skilling initiatives, and
development programs.
Support remote workforce operations and assist team leaders in managing field
staff and distributed teams effectively.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and implement engagement activities, team-building events, and employee
wellness programs.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture through regular
communication and feedback channels.
5. Performance Monitoring & HR Data Management
Track employee performance metrics and support the performance review process.
Assist in collecting and analysing HR data for reporting, workforce planning, and
strategic decision-making.
Position Details:
Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Salary Range: ?15,000 - ?36,000 ( Pay structure varies with Performance)
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
MBA in Human Resource Management
Any recognised HR certification course (e.g., PGDHRM, SHRM, CHRM, etc.)
Experience:
0-3 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
Skills:
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS) is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
