Human Resources Assistant

who will play a key role in managing our candidate interview process and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Role Overview

The HR Assistant will be responsible for coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, collecting feedback, and supporting the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate

first-round interviews

for shortlisted candidates. Communicate with candidates via email, calls, or messages to confirm interview timings. Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting profiles as per job requirements. Collect and organize

interview feedback

from technical teams and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and update interview status reports. Support the HR department in day-to-day recruitment and documentation tasks. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

. 0-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Excellent

communication and coordination skills

. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working with MS Office, Google Sheets, or HR tools. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-player mindset.
