Job Description

HR Executive roles involve overseeing daily HR operations, from talent acquisition to policy enforcement, ensuring alignment with business goals in sectors like manufacturing or power solutions. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records. The position demands strong organizational skills to manage compliance with Indian labor laws, such as the Shops and Establishments Act.?

Key Responsibilities

Develop job descriptions, post openings on portals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for efficient hiring. Manage onboarding, training programs, performance appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives like team-building. Handle payroll, benefits administration, grievance redressal, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements including PF, ESI, and gratuity.?
Required Qualifications

Candidates need a Bachelor's or Master's in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields, with 2-5 years of experience in HR operations. Proficiency in HR software like Tally or applicant tracking systems is essential, alongside knowledge of labor legislation. Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities are critical for success.?

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Indian regulatory frameworks for recruitment and compliance. Experience in tender-related hiring or NGO staffing is advantageous for versatile businesses. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive workplace culture.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR analytics tools enables efficient data management and recruitment processes. Knowledge of MS Office suite, payroll software like Tally, and labor law compliance platforms supports accurate record-keeping and statutory filings. Familiarity with digital tools for performance tracking and employee engagement analytics is essential.?

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities foster healthy workplace relationships and effective conflict resolution. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills aid in strategic HR planning and grievance handling. Organizational and multitasking prowess ensures smooth supervision of HR teams amid dynamic business needs.?

Industry-Relevant Skills

Expertise in employment laws, including Indian regulations on overtime, minimum wage, PF, and ESI, ensures full compliance.
