Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.?
Support onboarding of new employees and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.?
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases using MS Excel and Word.?
Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
Support payroll processing and maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.?
Collaborate with HR managers and department heads to fulfill their hiring and administrative needs.?
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Min. 2 years of experience in HR or administration
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.?
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
