Gurjot Shan Designs is hiring a dynamic professional to manage Human Resources, Hiring, Digital Marketing coordination, and Client Handling for our growing Interior Design firm.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Handle employee coordination & basic HR operations Oversee and support digital marketing activities (social media coordination, lead follow-ups, branding) Manage client communication, meetings, and follow-ups Maintain HR records and assist in office administration
Requirements:

Prior experience in HR & recruitment Knowledge of digital marketing & social media handling Strong communication & interpersonal skills Confident in client interaction and professional correspondence Organized, proactive, and responsible
