Job Overview
The Human Resources Assistant role at Podar Education Network, based in Mumbai, is full-
time position. As a key support to the HR team, the position entails coordination and
managing HRIS systems. The candidate will ensure efficient and effective HR operations
through accurate data entry and appointment letter generation.
Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in HRIS Systems, ensuring streamlined HR processes and data management.
Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for effective
document creation and data analysis.
Exceptional accuracy in data entry to maintain precise employee records and HR
documentation.
Experience in generating appointment letters within the TAT.
Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with staff and management across
different levels of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and update HR databases and records with new hire information and other HR
documents accurately and confidentially.
Prepare and issue appointment letters, ensuring all documentation is complete and complies
with company regulations.
Maintain accurate records of personnel files.
Support day-to-day HR operations and collaborate with team members to improve HR
practices and increase efficiency.
