The Human Resources professional is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle -- from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. The role ensures that HR policies align with organizational goals and that the workplace fosters productivity, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and role requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and support talent acquisition initiatives.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Ensure new employees are integrated effectively into the organization.
3. Performance Management
Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in goal setting and employee evaluation processes.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Address employee grievances and maintain positive workplace culture.
5. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
Track training effectiveness and employee development progress.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as needed.
7. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records.
Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, PF, and gratuity.
8. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR reports on employee turnover, attendance, recruitment metrics, etc.
Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR (1-5 years depending on role level).
Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations.
