Thorough knowledge of HR compliance and the ability to ensure that the organization adheres to legal and regulatory HR requirements.
Excellent conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve workplace disputes amicably.
Strategic planning capabilities to align HR activities with the overall objectives of the organization.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to find the best talent for the organization.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
