The HR Assistant will support the HR department in carrying out day-to-day human resources functions, including end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
Handle
end-to-end recruitment process
including job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Conduct
reference checks
for shortlisted and selected candidates.
Support in
salary negotiation
and finalizing offers as per company policies.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Coordinate the
onboarding process
for new hires, ensuring all joining formalities and documents are completed.
Prepare and issue all kinds of
HR letters
such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and others.
Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
3. Employee Engagement & Events
Organize and coordinate
birthday celebrations
,
festival events
, and other staff engagement activities.
Support HR initiatives that enhance employee morale and workplace culture.
4. General HR Support
Assist the HR Manager in various HR activities and projects as assigned.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth HR functioning.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
