Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements including
PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations
.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, registers, and reports related to compliance audits.
Liaise with government authorities and external consultants for inspections and filings.
Oversee employee documentation including
offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and exit formalities
.
Handle
end-to-end recruitment process
- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
Maintain HRMIS, employee database, and statutory registers up to date.
Support payroll processing by ensuring statutory deductions and compliance requirements are met.
Assist in drafting HR policies, employee communication, and grievance handling.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of
HR compliances and statutory laws
(PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
Hands-on experience in
recruitment and talent acquisition
.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
