Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in payroll, attendance, and compliance activities
Support employee engagement programs and grievance handling
Draft and update HR policies and procedures
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and training needs
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
0-3 years of HR experience (freshers with knowledge can apply)
Good understanding of HR operations and compliance
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office; HR software knowledge is an added advantage
