Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Handle payroll coordination and HR compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.)
Draft and implement HR policies and internal procedures
Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution
Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field
Prior HR experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or similar industries
Good knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
