supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in
recruitment activities
including job postings, resume shortlisting, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Maintain and update
employee records
, personal files, attendance, and leave data.
Support
joining and exit formalities
, including documentation, ID issuance, and clearance processes.
Assist in preparing
appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR communications
.
Coordinate
attendance, leave, and payroll-related data
with the accounts/payroll team.
Help in implementation and communication of
HR policies, rules, and company guidelines
to employees.
Address
basic employee queries
related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and documentation.
Support
performance appraisal
and
PIP documentation
as directed by the HR Manager.
Assist in organizing
training programs, meetings, and employee engagement activities
.
Ensure
confidentiality
of employee information and HR records at all times.
Prepare
HR reports
related to manpower, attrition, attendance, and compliance as required.
Coordinate with branch offices for
HR-related compliance and documentation
.
Perform other
HR administrative duties
assigned by senior management.

Qualification & Experience (Preferred)
MBA with specialization in Human Resources (HR) is required
0-2 years
of experience in HR or administrative role (freshers may also apply)
