to support our HR department. In this role, you will handle day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Assist in the preparation and calculation of monthly salaries, ensuring accuracy in deductions and allowances.
Statutory Compliance:
Manage the filing and documentation for
EPF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance)
, and Professional Tax to ensure the company remains legally compliant.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Track employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime to generate accurate inputs for the payroll cycle.
Onboarding & Documentation:
Handle joining formalities, collect KYC documents for PF/ESI registration, and maintain employee personal files.
Employee Queries:
Act as the primary point of contact for staff regarding salary slips, PF withdrawals, ESI benefits, and leave policies.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience with payroll processing and Indian labor laws (ESI/PF).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is essential.
Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Zoho People) is a plus.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential payroll data.
