We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The HR Assistant will help manage employee records, recruitment activities, onboarding, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
should complete a minimum internship of 6 months
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and communication skills
