We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR functions effectively. Experience in placement activities within EdTech companies will be highly valued, as it adds significant advantage in coordinating recruitment and student-related processes.
Key Responsibilites:
Assist with end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with applicants.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status.
Monitor and record staff attendance on a daily basis.
Maintain and update leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies
Ensure all formal communication, including announcements, notices, circulars, and staff updates, are professionally drafted and shared on time.
Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.
Coordinate and support various internal events, including training sessions, induction programs, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with talent acquisition teams from different IT companies for hiring collaborations, student placements, and industry networking.
Skill Rewuirements:
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years experience as HR/placement in EdTech companies.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
