Job Description

This role is responsible for the effective administration of human resources functions within a frozen food manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a productive and safe work environment. The HR Officer supports management and employees by handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, with a focus on factory operations. Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Manage the full recruitment process for factory-level positions, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

Employee Relations:

Address and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly, fostering a harmonious workplace.

Labor Law & Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to all national and state labor laws and company policies, particularly those relevant to manufacturing and food production environments.

Performance Management:

Coordinate and support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and the development of improvement plans.

Training & Development:

Assist in coordinating and facilitating training programs for factory employees, including orientation, skills development, and safety training.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and support payroll and benefits administration.

Health & Safety:

Implement and promote health, safety, and wellness programs specific to the factory setting to ensure a safe working environment.

Employee Engagement:

Assist in initiatives and activities designed to boost employee engagement and promote a positive company culture.

Reporting:

Provide HR metrics and reports to management to support decision-making.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and safety regulations in the food industry. Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
