Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and payroll data.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation programs.
Recruitment Support:
Assisting with recruitment efforts, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Benefits Administration:
Supporting employees with benefits-related questions and assisting with the enrollment and management of benefits programs.
Employee Relations:
Assisting with employee relations matters, such as handling employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and communicating HR policies.
Payroll Support:
Assisting with payroll processing, including preparing payroll reports and reconciling payroll data.
Administrative Tasks:
Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
