Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Executive (Compliance & MIS)
with hands-on experience in statutory compliance, HR audits, labor laws, and advanced Excel-based reporting. The candidate must have a strong understanding of HR operations in the
commercial automobile sector
, especially managing blue- and white-collar workforce documentation, payroll data, and government portal compliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliance & Labor Law
Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations:
.
Maintain up-to-date statutory registers, returns, and challans.
Handle labor inspections, audits, and liaise with government bodies.
Vendor compliance monitoring and contract labor regulation adherence.
Payroll Coordination & Data Management
Prepare and validate monthly attendance, overtime, leaves, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with the accounts team for salary processing and statutory deductions.
Assist in full & final settlements, employee reimbursements, and loan tracking.
MIS Reporting & Advanced Excel Work
Maintain HR dashboards, workforce headcount reports, attrition data, and compliance trackers.
Use
advanced Excel skills
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Power Query) for data management and error-free reporting.
Present monthly HR and compliance reports to management and auditors.
Employee Documentation & HR Operations
Maintain employee records - onboarding, ID cards, contracts, personal files.
Assist in HR audits and internal process reviews.
Track training, appraisal, and HR policy implementation records.
Key Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of
statutory HR compliances and labor law frameworks

Advanced Excel proficiency - must be able to manage large datasets with accuracy.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR / Commerce / Law
Certifications in Labor Law or Compliance Management preferred.
Experience:
3 to 7 years of experience in
HR compliance, payroll coordination, and Excel MIS
in an
automobile / manufacturing / plant setup
.
