We are seeking a dynamic HR professional responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee on boarding, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across departments
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
3. Manage the on boarding and orientation process for new hires
4. Maintain HR databases and employee records
5. Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
7. Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment
3. Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
