1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
2. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
3. Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
5. Coordinate with departments to collect and track attendance, leave data, and other HR metrics.
6. Support in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and employment contracts.
7. Assist in learning & development initiatives including scheduling trainings and maintaining training records.
8. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor laws.
