1. Recruitment & Staffing o Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes o Prepare job descriptions and job postings o Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring o Manage onboarding and induction programs 2. Employee Relations o Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances o Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture o Manage disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution 3. HR Operations o Maintain employee records and HR databases o Manage attendance, leave, and employee documentation o Prepare HR reports and analytics 4. Performance Management o Support performance appraisal processes o Assist in goal setting, KPIs, and performance reviews o Identify training and development needs 5. Compensation & Benefits o Assist in payroll coordination o Manage employee benefits and insurance programs o Support salary reviews and incentives 6. Compliance & Policy o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies o Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures o Support audits and legal requirements 7. Training & Development o Coordinate training programs and workshops o Support employee learning and career development initiatives
