Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of workers, interns, and office staff
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave tracking
Support performance reviews, appraisals, and HR policy compliance
Organize employee engagement activities and trainings
Ensure labor law compliance, including maintenance of factory registers and statutory documentation
Finance & Accounts
Assist with invoice generation, expense tracking, and payment follow-ups
Manage vendor payments, petty cash, and monthly reconciliation
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors for monthly GST, TDS filings, and annual audits
Maintain records for exports, purchases, and inventory valuation
Support budget preparation and cash flow tracking
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, Business Admin, or related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar HR & finance role (manufacturing/export industry preferred)
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and statutory compliance
Strong MS Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential data responsibly
