Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Track client payments, maintain payment records, and follow up on pending dues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Address employee queries and support employee relations.
Manage exit formalities including resignation, clearance, and final settlement.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
