Key Responsibilities:

Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and employee benefits administration
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters

Requirements:
10-12 years of proven experience in Human Resources administration
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and guiding junior staff
