Ensure company's HR policies and procedures comply with applicable labour laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits of employee records, attendance, and payroll compliance.
Maintain statutory registers, documentation, and HR compliance reports.
Coordinate with management for the implementation of HR policies and employee communication.
Support in drafting and updating company policies, code of conduct, and HR manuals.
Monitor adherence to compliance deadlines related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
Investigate and address employee grievances related to compliance or policy violations.
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government bodies as required.
Conduct internal training or awareness sessions on HR and workplace compliance.
