Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Human Resources to lead the HR

function at our corporate office. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing

strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth, foster a performance-driven

culture, and ensure legal and ethical compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic

thinker with hands-on experience in scaling HR operations in dynamic and creative industries

like fashion or design-led manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

? Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with the company's vision and business

goals.

? Serve as a strategic advisor to the founders and leadership team on all people-related

matters.

? Build and nurture a strong company culture focused on creativity, sustainability,

inclusivity, and accountability.

Talent Management:

? Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition across departments (corporate, design,

production).

? Drive employer branding, talent pipelines, and recruitment best practices.

? Develop leadership development programs and succession planning.

? Employee Engagement (Birthday Party, Festival etc.

HR Operations & Compliance:

? Ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws (PF,

ESI, Shops & Establishments, etc.).

? Establish and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct aligned with company

values.

Performance & Learning:

? Implement and manage performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals,

feedback).

? Identify training needs and oversee capability development initiatives.

? Build a high-performance culture with recognition, rewards, and career progression

paths.

Employee Relations & Culture:

? Act as the key point of contact for employee concerns and engagement.

? Foster diversity, wellness, and psychological safety in the workplace.

Qualifications:

? MBA or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

? Minimum 2-8 years of progressive HR experience, with a leadership role.

? Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR technologies, and HR analytics.

? Excellent leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
