:
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees
Ensure compliance with pharma regulations, labor laws, and company policies
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Support training, development, and GMP/GDP compliance programs
Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Coordinate statutory compliances (PF, ESI, audits, inspections)
Support health, safety, and workplace ethics initiatives
Experience:
4-6 years of experience (specialise in Pharma Industry)
Mandatory:
Male/ Female candidate will be suitable with majorly specialise in Pharmaceutical Company.
Suitable time schedule
Overtime facilities available with flexible workload.
Knowledge of Excel/ word/ powerpoint
