Job Description

Key Responsibilities:




Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, email drafting and

employee records.


Handle onboarding & exit formalities with proper documentation.


Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview

scheduling.


Maintain and update employee documentation and ensure compliance with company

policies.


Handle basic grievance management and ensure timely resolution of employee

concerns.


Support payroll processing by providing accurate HR inputs and maintaining HRMS

data.


Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, inventory, and facility

management


Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events.


Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.


Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin, preferably in the E-commerce

industry.


Knowledge of basic labor laws and grievance redressal processes.


Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.


Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
