Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, email drafting and

employee records.

? Handle onboarding & exit formalities with proper documentation.

? Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview

scheduling.

? Maintain and update employee documentation and ensure compliance with company

policies.

? Handle basic grievance management and ensure timely resolution of employee

concerns.

? Support payroll processing by providing accurate HR inputs and maintaining HRMS

data.

? Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, inventory, and facility

management

? Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events.

? Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Requirements:



? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin, preferably in the E-commerce

industry.

? Knowledge of basic labor laws and grievance redressal processes.

? Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

? Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
