We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and assist in creating a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and a passion for people management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance reports, and HR documentation.
Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and employee queries.
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Conduct employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Monitor performance, assist in appraisals, and handle basic grievance management.
Prepare HR reports and support management in daily operations.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and statutory basics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, maintain accuracy, and work professionally.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS / ATS software.
Basic understanding of labor laws.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
