Job Summary:



We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team, responsible for managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to senior management, providing expertise and guidance on HR matters.

1. Recruitment and talent acquisition
2. Employee relations and engagement
3. Benefits administration and compliance
4. Policy development and implementation
5. Training and development programs
6. Performance management and evaluation
7. Employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements:



1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
2. Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
