Roles & Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for US process roles (night shift positions). Coordinate

onboarding and induction

for new hires aligned with US time zones. Handle

attendance, shift rosters, leave management

, and night shift compliance. Act as the

first point of contact for employee queries

during US working hours. Support

payroll coordination

, night shift allowances, and US holiday calendars. Ensure compliance with

company policies, labour laws

, and client-specific HR guidelines. Maintain and update

employee records and HR databases

. Handle

employee relations

, grievances, and disciplinary actions for night shift staff. Coordinate

performance reviews

, confirmations, and feedback processes. Manage

exit formalities

, full & final settlements, and experience letters. Support

employee engagement activities

to improve night shift retention. Prepare and submit

HR reports

related to headcount, attrition, and hiring status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources / Management / Business Administration

. 2-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in

US Process / Night Shift operations

. Good understanding of

HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations

. Strong

communication skills

(verbal and written). Proficient in

MS Excel, MS Word

, and HRMS tools. High level of

confidentiality and professionalism

.

Preferred Skills

Experience in

BPO, Healthcare, Insurance, ITES, or KPO

domains. Exposure to

US clients, US work culture

, and time-zone coordination. Knowledge of

night shift policies and allowances

. Ability to handle pressure and urgent hiring requirements.
