Job Description

HR Administration



Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, attendance, leave, performance files) Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for factory and office staff Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across departments

Recruitment & Staffing



Assist in hiring, production staff, supervisors, and office employees Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and documentation

Payroll & Attendance



Track attendance, overtime, leaves, and shift schedules Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/finance Handle wage records for factory workers, including piece-rate or shift-based pay if applicable

Employee Relations



Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture

Compliance & Labor Laws



Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements Maintain records for audits, inspections, and certifications Assist with ESI, PF, insurance, and other statutory filings (if applicable)

General Support



Support HR reporting and data analysis Coordinate training and skill development programs Assist management with HR-related initiatives
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
