Maintain and record daily expenses, petty cash, and vendor payments.
Create and manage monthly expense sheets and budget tracking.
Coordinate with external accountants for GST, TDS, payroll, and filing.
Handle reimbursement, invoice management, and basic bookkeeping.
Prepare monthly financial summaries and payment schedules.
Human Resources & People Operations
Manage hiring processes: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database across all brands.
Oversee onboarding, documentation, and training of new team members.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and code of conduct.
Support founders in performance evaluations and employee engagement.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Ensure smooth communication between teams of different brands.
Handle vendor coordination, contracts, and basic office administration.
Support in organizing internal events, meetings, and trainings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Business Administration, or HR

Strong knowledge of
Excel / Google Sheets

Tally (preferred)
, and HR tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking.
