Human Resources:

Employee Record Management:

Maintaining and updating employee information in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Supporting payroll processing, managing employee benefits enrollment and changes, and ensuring timely and accurate compensation.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee queries, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive work environment.

Training and Development:

Assisting with organizing and coordinating training sessions for employees.
Administration:

Office Management:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Vendor Management:

Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Document Management:

Maintaining and organizing important documents, both physical and digital.

Event Planning:

Assisting with the planning and execution of company events and activities.

Travel Arrangements:

Coordinating travel arrangements for employees as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
