Roles and Responsibilities



The HR cum Admin Manager combines human resource functions and administrative operations while also fostering effective customer relations to ensure smooth organizational workflows.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring, interviews, and onboarding processes.

Employee Relations: Resolve grievances, foster a positive work environment, and ensure clear communication.

Customer Relations: Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and build strong client relationships.

Training & Development: Organize training sessions and monitor performance.

Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with labour laws.

Office & Facilities Management: Oversee daily operations, supplies, and maintain a safe work environment.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Skills Required

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and customer relations.

Experience in handling enquiries and monthly planning.

Fluency in English; MBA is a plus.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?31,109.84 per month
