Job Description

A human resource (HR) administrator manages the administrative and operational tasks of an HR department, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. They act as a point of contact for employee queries and are essential for the smooth and efficient functioning of the HR department and the organization as a whole. Key Responsibilities

Employee Record Management:

Maintain and update employee files, including personal details, employment contracts, and other documentation, ensuring data is accurate and accessible.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist with the hiring process by creating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the paperwork for new hires.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Support payroll processing and administer employee benefits, ensuring all relevant information is correct and policies are followed.

Policy & Compliance:

Ensure that HR policies and labor laws are followed by the organization and its employees.

Employee Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to attendance, leave, payroll, and company policies.

Training Coordination:

Help organize and coordinate employee training programs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,699.81 per month
