Job Overview:



The HR Admin & Facility Executive will play a crucial dual role in managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth facility management at BOTFIT centers. The ideal candidate should be energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced in both HR practices and facility upkeep, especially in a kid-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities: HR Administration:



Maintain employee records (onboarding, attendance, leave, documentation). Support the recruitment process: job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes. Monitor and manage attendance systems and payroll inputs. Handle employee grievances, engagement activities, and HR queries. Coordinate with the finance team for monthly Expenses

Facility Management:



Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the play and entertainment areas. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for daily operations. Maintain stock of office and play area supplies (toys, first aid, stationery, etc.). Ensure compliance with child safety and fire safety regulations. Coordinate with vendors for timely repair, maintenance, and services. Monitor CCTV, HVAC, lighting, and other facility systems.

Key Skills Required:



Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Good interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance Vendor management and negotiation skills Attention to detail, especially for safety and hygiene in child environments

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field 2-4 years of experience in HR/Admin/Facility roles, preferably in hospitality, schools, or child-oriented environments Fluency in English and local language
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,691.34 - ?25,302.25 per month
