Support management with
miscellaneous administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in
MS Office and HRIS software
Strong
organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Knowledge of
labor laws, HR processes, and office administration
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred:
Prior experience in a
corporate office or small-medium enterprise
Exposure to
recruitment portals, payroll software, and employee engagement tools
