The HR Admin - Payroll & Operations Support will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations by assisting in payroll processing, maintaining accurate attendance and leave records, coordinating reimbursements with Finance, and supporting full & final settlements. The role also includes issuance of appointment letters and managing travel bookings. As this position involves handling sensitive financial information, the individual must demonstrate strong ethics, integrity, and proficiency in Excel while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by collating attendance, leave data, and validating employee information as per company policy.
? Attendance & Leave Coordination: Track, monitor, and update employee attendance/leave records; send reminders and resolve discrepancies.
? Reimbursements & Finance Coordination: Coordinate with Finance for release of local/outstation travel reimbursements and other claims after thorough validation against company policies.
? Full & Final (FnF) Settlement: Assist in FnF calculations, ensure proper documentation, and
coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
? Employee Documentation: Draft and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other standard HR documents.
? Travel Support: Manage travel bookings for outstation official trips, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely arrangements.
? Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain employee records, payroll data, and travel-related documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
Experience:
? 0- 2 year of experience in relevant field.
? Working knowledge of any payroll software will be considered an added advantage
Skills:
? Excel Proficiency: Good working knowledge of MS Excel for payroll sheets, attendance tracking, and financial validations.
? Coordination Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with employees, Finance, and HR teams.
? Time Management: Ability to adhere to timelines and handle multiple operational tasks efficiently.
? Process Orientation: Comfortable working with standard HR and finance processes and ensuring compliance.
