GrowU is looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR
to manage end-to-end HR operations, support talent acquisition, and strengthen employee engagement. The role will play a key part in building a positive workplace culture aligned with GrowU's growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
2. HR Operations
Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Address employee queries and grievances professionally
Organize training programs, events, and team activities
4. Performance & Development
Assist in performance appraisal processes
Coordinate training and development programs
Support succession planning and career development initiatives
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure statutory compliance as per labor laws
Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards
Support audits and management reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech / Startup environment
Exposure to payroll and compliance
Problem-solving and conflict management skills

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
