. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining employee relations, and supporting organizational policies for smooth workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
payroll processing
including salary structure, deductions, reimbursements, PF/ESI, gratuity, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all
labour laws and statutory regulations
(PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, etc.).
Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Address employee queries related to payroll, leaves, benefits, and compliance.
Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and government departments for HR-related compliance.
Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business needs.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Prepare HR reports including headcount, attrition, payroll analytics, and compliance updates.
