Onsite Training (Kochi Office): 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM Online Classes: 2 hours after 7.30 PM
Salary: Rs. 15,000 - 23,000 per month

Qualification: MBA (HR), MHRM, or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management

About the Role:

Elevate Global Academy is seeking an energetic, student-friendly Human Resource Trainer to conduct onsite and online training programs. The role focuses on delivering practical, industry-oriented HR training to students preparing for HR careers. The ideal candidate should be confident in classroom handling and passionate about teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

Conduct structured, interactive training sessions on core HR functions such as recruitment, HR operations, employee life cycle, payroll basics, compliance, performance management, and workplace communication. Prepare lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, and practical assignments aligned with current HR industry standards. Teach students hands-on HR skills such as JD drafting, job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, HR documentation, and basic HR tools. Use real-life HR scenarios, case studies, role plays, and discussions to enhance practical understanding. Guide students in developing industry-ready skills and professional workplace behavior. Assess student performance through assignments, activities, and evaluations, and provide constructive professional feedback. Maintain class records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports systematically. Create a positive, disciplined, and professional learning environment.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, HR operations, and employee management. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Ability to explain HR concepts clearly in a practical and easy-to-understand manner. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and skill development. Willingness to stay updated with HR industry trends and practices.
Qualifications

MBA (HR) / MHRM Diploma or Certification in Human Resource Management Minimum 1 year of HR industry experience (Preferred) Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience (Preferred)
