to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and policy implementation. This is an
unpaid traineeship program (8-12 Weeks)
where you will gain hands-on experience.
Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment process
: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain and update
HR databases, employee records, and documentation
.
Support
payroll assistance, attendance tracking, and leave management
.
Participate in
employee engagement initiatives
and cultural programs.
Assist in
policy drafting, HR compliance, and documentation
.
Coordinate
training and development sessions
for employees.
Handle
employee queries
and provide support for grievance redressal.
Work on
HR projects and reports
as assigned by mentors.
