The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily administrative tasks, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and HR operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR functions and practical experience in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and interview panel members.
Update and maintain recruitment trackers.
2. HR Operations
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support in preparing HR letters such as offer letters and internship certificates.
3. Employee Engagement
Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Collect feedback and assist in improving employee experience.
4. HR Documentation & Compliance
Assist in maintaining attendance records and leave tracking.
Support HR team in compliance paperwork and audits.
5. Administrative Support
Handle basic HR queries from employees.
Assist with daily HR tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field.
Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience is a plus.
