Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management and audit purposes.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, professional tax, etc.) and filing of returns.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and approvals.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, income tax, and payslips.
Process final settlements for exiting employees (F&F).
Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and taxation policies.
