Rainbow Group of Schools is expanding its HR team and invites experienced and motivated HR professionals to join us. We are hiring for

multiple HR roles

across Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Operations, and Compliance.

Open Positions1. Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead

Experience:

5+ years (with team management experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of recruiters Drive end-to-end recruitment in a

target-driven environment

Set hiring plans, allocate targets, and monitor recruiter performance Partner with leadership and department heads to close positions within timelines Improve hiring processes and recruitment metrics

2. Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

in recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

3. HR Manager - Compliance & Implementation

Experience:

6-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, audits, registers) Implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks across the organization Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal processes Coordinate with external consultants and authorities Support leadership in HR governance and best practices

4. HR Generalist - HR Operations

Experience:

4-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle Handle onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support Coordinate with recruitment and compliance teams

Hands-on HR professionals with problem-solving ability Experience in education or service sector preferred
