Maintain hiring reports, trackers, and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closures and meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
6 Months-2 years of experience
in
hiring
across any industry.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
