Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for I.T. positions (Developers, QA, DevOps, Designers, etc.).
Draft and post job descriptions on hiring platforms.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in onboarding new hires, especially technical staff.
Support training and development programs tailored for I.T. employees.
Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and workplace conflict resolution.
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in HR, preferably within the
I.T./Tech industry

Strong knowledge of I.T. job functions and technical terminology.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
